I m bhagwan ahuja plot no. 72, resident of ward no. 1 sushila layout, jaripatka mangalwari, near punjabi gurudwara. Dogs has been increased in our area. As i do service i come at 11 our late it become so difficult to cross the road. I have complained also in ashi nagar zone, but still there was no action, they sad they will send their vehicle.
I request you to take serious action as early as possible. Resident our area get disturbed by this.

Sir/ mam, i am a resident of bada indora, nara road, varpakad near ganesh mandir, nagpur. It's been 6days garbage pick up van hasn't taken the garbage. The garbage van servant not come regularly of our row.
It comes and visit the row but doesn't come in second row due to which we have to keep the garbage at home which is unhygienic and the odor of garbage spread in our home. I want you to take strict action immediately asap...

About 50 street dogs at manish layout sonegaon near priyadarshini b. Ed college made residents life measurable. Children and old age persons are scare to come out of home. Dog bite cases increasing day by day. Because of continuous barking, even at night we can’t take peace full sleep. Verbally matter is informed to nmc concern staff mr. Tidke ph no [protected] on 5th march 2018 but till date no action is initiated.
As nagpur moving towards smart city so street dogs which create nuisance not only for general public but spoiling public places with waste, so in the public interest it is requested to catch these street dogs and push them out.

Hi, i am resident of chandra nagar, bhagwan nagar, nagpur.
Last month on bhagwan nagar road, chandra nagar, howrapeth chowk, near naik hospital a new cement road was constructed, a 2 gutter holes are there on main road that does don't have covered at all n front of sunil electronic from its begining, from last 20 days we are chasing that contactor but he is not listening. We are facing many issues, risk of our children, mosquitoes, smells and many more.
Could you please do some action and put cover on those 2 holes.

I am the manager of rachana sayantara phase 1 hazari pahad. Some of the street dogs are entering in our society its very often we make them out & they get back.
The society is having 174 flats & it could be danger for our kids playing at premises.

Kindly make the arrangement to remove the street dog at our places.

I stay in ramdaspeth near by kalpana building.
In front of kalpana building road was closed for construction purpose n road was build soon. But even road was build in november it is still closed.
Due to which cars got stuck in unleveled roads, too much of dust, school buses cant reach to the near by place.
We all r facing lots of problems plz try to sort this out

Nmc nagpur should first assess un-assessed properties. It should assess logically and rationally under-assesed and over-assessed properties. After complete assessement it should call public openions and objections with suggestions to impliment property tax effective from the same date for whole of nagpur.
Further it is suggested that all the existing tax payers should be allowed to pay last year's tax with 50% addition in this year 2017-18 with no interest and penalty.

Sir, in my locality there has been a tremendous increase in stray dogs and there’s a small puppy who is injured and is severely affected with maggots.so i please request you to take that puppy for treatment and also to catch the stray dogs in my locality which shri om apartments, near dwivedi colony, opposite welkin hospital, gorewada road, gittikhadan, nagpur-440013

Hi, i live in united states but reporting this for my mother living near dattawadi area. I'm not sure if i chose the correct zone. But gave the address. We have been having drainage issues since many years. I guess that area comes under nagar parishad but couldn't find any link to complain this. She is a old lady and have been suffering a alot. If anybody nearby having any drainage issues, they come to our house and dig out the drainage. Even after their work is completed, not properly the waste is handled. She has approached many people about this and heard nothing, we clean it out, cement it at our own expense. Each time we do, it cost around 500/- for the labor and cement. I want to complain on this cold behavior our elected members and workers are showing. Lastly, it has also been reported that, at her absence, the workers came and dig out the whole cement that she seals it because of the smell.

She is letting all the workers in and having them do their work, but workers leave all the waste and leave the location without closing the drainage door. Do you know how hazardous that could be? There are children living next to building. There is a school nearby, if anything happens to the kids, who is responsible?

I want you to take strict actions against drainage issue and if they are removing the waste, the care/safety measures should be taken so that nobody is harmed.

We are residents o[censored]tkarsha nagar, katol road, nagpur-13. Every year due to lack of drainage systems during rains our homes gets flooded. We have been raising numerous complaints and concerns but nothing is being done. Since the nearby areas have elevated the levels the water is getting pooled inside our homes and we have water filling upto 2-3 feet. Please give us a solution by creating a water drainage system and save us from this perilous situation.

The retaining wall has damaged which is dangerous during heavy rains but it is found that no ward member or nagpur municipal corporation taken any action in last 5years. It is amazing to see that new retaining wall is under construction at remote side but in-front above houses it still collapsed. Further, it can be seen that sewerage disposal is floated in this nala from flat scheme opposite side of this nalla which is creaating hygenic problems to residents of this colony mpc board is not taking any action against these builders.

There are so many street dogs in our area troubling day night. Dogs bark a lot in the night.
Today a mad dog running behind my small brother but because of his luck he used to save him.
They are running behind vehicles, kid riding bicycle etc. Someday they will harm kids it's a big issue
It is a request to you to kindly look into this matter. Otherwise someone really got hurt

I am resident of nagpur, reside at plot no 11 galli no 14 bajrang nagar near jadoo mahal square manewada road, i am raised a complain regarding choke of guader line of my resident to the corporator but it's almost 15 days no action still been taken by the respective. Today the raw water of guader reaches up to the door. But still no action taken. I like to raise complain against the choke problem along with corporator too regarding not looking forward to the same from many days.
It would be great help for us if you solve the choke line problem by today because now it unable for us to be more patience

Dear sirs i have to inform you that there is a dead dog lying in my neighbours compound since many days. I am farrokh vazifdar/address: 45 red cross road, civil lines, opp. St ursula girls school, nagpur 440001. The dead dog is lying in the next door bungalow of principal of hislop college in civil lines very next to my above given address. Kindly arrange to remove body of the dead dog at your earliest as it is smelling badly in whole area. I cannot subit photo of the dead dog since it is not possible for an old man to approach the spot.

We are living in deo nagar, khamla road, hanuman mandir lane, nagpur-440015,. I would like to bring attention on the problem being faced by residents and visitors in our area. There are many dogs who create lot of nuisance and the puppies in the area enter the houses of many and defecates in the house. Because of this, many people are facing problems in the society. Even the dogs bark a lot all day and night. Its a humble request you to please look after this matter and send a dog catcher team immediately in our area. Hope to see this matter solved as soon as possible.

I am the resident of prabhag no. 4 in this prabhag there are three ration outlet in which i have registration in pandurang kirana stores located at gujrati colony near bharat nagar kalamna market road nagpur. I/we have so many problems against that outlet such as no opening time and no closing time, people ask for receipt after thumb impression he doesn't give them sleep if somebody ask he refuses rushly he also does black marketing of foods i have submitted my whole family's aadhar card and all document which is required for ration card but system shows only three member but we are five members in my family. I visited mahal zone the employee of that department said you have to resubmit all the document of all family member which i have submitted two times already.

We are informing that, this property tax was calculated is totally wrong through cyber agency persons (I. E. Hopeless persons) for the year 2017-18 (Current). We are not accepted this tax for our residence. There is no tenants in this residence, only owners i. E. Joint family is resided. Ground floor (6 rooms) for younger brother namely sri sanjay b. Thakare with mother smt. Chandrakala b. Thakare, first floor (5 rooms) for elder brother namely sri vijay b. Thakare & second floor (2 very small rooms) for smt. Jyotsna r. Waghade (Widow sister of sri vijay & sanjay). 1st floor & 2nd floor new constructions from last 5-6 months.

You are, therefore, requested to kindly strictly advise the concerned persons (Zonal patwari) for re-surveying of this residence personally and true/exactly calculations for property tax. The copies of property tax calculations sheet (Last years) is also enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

Paid INR 1342 /- house tax for Property Index no. 74005972A901on[protected] & receipt attached. This amount paid till[protected].
From April 2016 to 2017 again showing arrear & paid INR 2922 via Axis bank transaction no. GUTI[protected] including arear Tax for FY 2016-17, which was not correct as there is no arrear pending and balance amount with NMC INR 1626/-. Again arrear showing in 2017-18 for INR 1598 and total due amount is 1802+1598=3400/ .
Pl. refund my excess payment with interest .

The number of street dogs have increased in our locality. These dogs are creating problem for the local residents. The bark all night causing inconvenience. Some dogs are sick and hurt. I hereby request you to please take care and look into the matter. These dogs do run behind vehicles passing and cause a lot of fear among the local residents. The children are scared as these dogs run behind the vehicles.
