Nagpur Municipal Corporation — Choked sewer, gutter converted to open nullah

Regarding this matter i had earlier posted acomplaint on 15/06/2022, but so far the issue remains unresolved. this is regarding choked sewer line along conservancy lane infirst galli of dhantoli between Bhattacharya house and Gupta house. According to nmc workers the entire lane beyond crescent and shiv ganga hospital lies choked, for which Aryan suction pump is necessary. but what was done is a closed drainage has been converted to open nullah flowing over ground causing foul odour, tremendous mosquitoes, health hazard, and the risk of small animal like cats and dogs falling in the gushing gutter water and dying.
it is more than a month now, and no proper action has been taken. now with rains the extra water load is causing a reverse flow of gutter water into our courtyard.
