Nagpur Municipal Corporation — garbage not picked up 5 days

I am a residence of indora straight row from 10 no puliya. The garbage is not picked up in here since 5 days. The garbage truck driver and his colleague denied in person not to collect the garbage to many people. It has been mentioned they are not paid and that's why they won't pick up the garbage. We are scared of mosquitos. As the garbage bins are wet and no where to burn the garbage. The bins are over filled already. People are throwing it in tunnel behind our house. Kindly get this checked.
