The owner of house of plot no 99/a dixit nagar nari road ashi nagar zone is illegally constructing house in the common space area thereby causing hindrance to any future fire fighting requirement in the house as well as the neighbouring house which may cause severe life and property damage to many people as the houses are in fact very close to each other. A huge underground water storage has also been built in the same common space thereby making the construction itself very dangerous and may cause huge loss of life and property. The construction is being done sans any sanction of the nmc.
