Nagpur Municipal Corporation — Not able to submit grievance on NMC website portal not getting call answered at landline

I have been facing sewage line chock up at a frequent basis in my home.
I have been living at my residence for more than 12 years now
Never faced this issue before but it is same and frequent in recent time and I don’t know what changed

I require a permanent solution for this and request the authority to take prompt and Accurate action as waste material are coming up from vessels at home
