Nagpur Municipal Corporation — Property tax payment issue

Hi,

I paid property tax on 14th April 2023 of Rs 1342 at time 5.23 PM. the website kept loading and did not capture the payment.
Money is deducted from my bank account, but website is asking to pay again to generate receipt.
Please refund the money deducted.
