Nagpur Municipal Corporation — Sewage completed in my area

Plot no 119 vatsala apts hudkeshwar road, Vatsala apts

In our place there is two sweage lines and that seems to be blocked now and due to which the dirty water is getting leaked in front of our gate. We have complaint twice but the people came and go as some other places block need to be clear first as that cause this line blockage.
Its been 2 days now but nothing is happening. This is actually in our building and dirty water is now overflowing
