Nagpur Municipal Corporation — Sewer Chamber Blocked

Dear Sir,
My Plot No. 295A is at Shri Krishna Nagar, Behind Alankar Nagar, Near Hanuman Temple. From Last 2-3 months, our nearby well water getting smell from it. Also near Kitchen we have a very bad smell.
First we thought our neighbor has some issue in their inner chamber, but they already shown one plumber who said their chambers are OK.
So when we checked in detail, we found the water comes above corporation chamber which is outside our plot area. So needful at the earliest, as it may suffer our Health issue. Because we have already filled form for OCW water but it will take 1-2 months.
Please do needful ASAP...
