Nagpur Municipal Corporation — Stray Dogs Issue

We are the resident of Pension Nagar, Flat no. 102, shri Radhe apartment, pension nagar, police line takli, Nagpur, comes under Mangalwari Municipal Corporation zone. The collective group of dogs more that 10 are roaming in our area and run always behind the vehicle (Bike) creating an threat of bite. similarly some of the dogs taking away slippers/shoes from the apartment lobby. From few days they collectively gather in front of the apartment entry gate and not allowing to pass residence inside the apartment gate. These Stray dogs regularly tearing of the cushion seat of bikes regularly (Photos are attached for reference). Kindly instruct the concern department to take immediate action before any further incident happens.
