Dear Sir,
We are residents of New Sneh Nagar near hotel Radisson Blu. We are facing a lot of problems because of a ton of stray dogs in our area who are untamed, unvaccinated and are not neutered or spayed which causes a lot of problems. Domestic pets are getting affected with kennel cough, a highly contagious viral disease amongst dogs. In order to maintain peace in the area to look into the matter and take matter into your hands.
