Nagpur University — Having a 9.31 cgpa in tenth semester (b. arch. ) still not having name in merit list

i am karishma prabhakar kalbande . completed b. arch summer 2020 ( tenth sem. ) . my roll no. is 184429 . and i got 9.31 CGPA . pdf attached in given file . but still my name is not in merit list .
i was studying in jhulelal institute of architecture .
i hope you will kindly think about my subject . and you will be giving appropriate solution over it.
