Nagpur University — no medical leave even for a appropriate reason

Am a student of 3 semester (5 years) law, babasaheb ambedkar college of law (Main branch). There r some ropes tied up in our college campus to prevent parking of vehivles at the entrance. I fall over the rope n got my leg fractured. I had plaster for at least one n half month so couldn't attend clg. Soon after my plaster was removed i came to clg. Since then i had been waiting for our principal sir but he didnt come.
I asked the watchman uncle about his arrival they said he is ill n may not come. After 20 days he came n grant me only 10 days leave.
Then r the rules different for students n official staff? He was ill he took leave of 20 n more days that even now he isnt coming n v having a reasonable cause r being detained.
My name has already come n detention list. Then what am i supposed to do if am not allowed to write my exams?
