Nagpur University — not got exam hall ticket

My name is ankit ashok wahane, 6th sem, mechanical engineering, nit college of engineering, nagpur.
Sir i had filled up the form on date 27_1_2018 in the department of mechanical engineering at nit college of engineering. B ut departmental clerk is saying that i had been not submitted the form, but i have receipt that proves i had submitted the exam form.
I had submitted the exam form for 6th sem but not got hall ticket from college/university.
Sir i request u to take immediate action on it.
Sir my exams are from 2_5_2018. Sir please help me regarding to this issue
