Nagpur University — Provide proper channel for complaint regarding any matter,who don't want to complain publicly

Respected Sir,

I am from City Branch college of law, Nagpur, please provide the proper channel to the students for complaint regarding any subject matter, issue with teachers ( who makes violence in the class, abusing to the students for giving wrong answers) I have a complaint, but how can I write here teacher's name here publicly, and after searching, I didn't find any phone number, mail address regarding this. How can I write here wrongful behaviour of that teacher. This channel is not suitable for all types of complaints. Our internal marks are in the hands of our teachers and we are very respectful about all teachers, but it's should not be the part of violation against students...!!
