Nagpur University — showing invalid roll number even when entered correctly

My friend is bsc student. He wants to check his second semester results but even after entering all information correctly, it is showing that roll number is invalid. This is so unfair. Fix this problem as early as possible. This can cause him to suffer or face too many problems. It need to be fix soon. I hope you will understand and will provide some solution to this.
