We are students of LL.B(5yrs) 5 semester.We have consumer protection Act in our syllabus.We wanted to register a compaint and ask questions concerning this. Recently consumer protection Act has been enacted on 2019 and 1986 was repealed. In the syllabus of NAGPUR UNIVERSITY, it consists old syllabus (i.e. consumer protection Act, 1986). Why is the old syllabus is not yet updated? What is the benefit of learning old act although new act has been enacted? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
