Nagpur University — Web base exam timer went to zero in 23 minutes whereas we should get 1 hour

My name is Atharva kurve from shri shivaji science College Nagpur second year bsc sem 3 PCG group I came to a point where I experienced a problem that we should get 1 hour for completion of exams in web base system but my timer went to zero in 23 minutes due to which I was unable to give my best in the exams and I fear that I have missed many questions which can hamper my further academics please help
