Naik Randip Singh Cisf Service — UPI fraud

I advertised my flat on a 99acres.com. A guy Naik Randip called me saying he got transferred and urgently wants to take my flat on rent. By evening he said he will transfer advance and rent amount through their army account. He shared his ID info like PAN, AADHAR and Army Canteen card. I shared my flat pics also. In the evening he called me and handed phone to his fake boss who asked me to test UPI transfer on Paytm or Gpay. He guided me thru Gpay to make 5 rupee trial transfer thru' bank option. I got suspicious and asked him why he cannot do direct transfer to me for which he said their merchant process of Army is different. Unfortunately I lost 3.5 lakhs in two days believing that he is in Indian army and army people cant cheat. Later I checked the net and saw so many complaints similar in nature and people duped for thousands. Same guy duped people and he is still free.
