I advertised my flat on a 99acres.com. A guy Naik Randip called me saying he got transferred and urgently wants to take my flat on rent. By evening he said he will transfer advance and rent amount through their army account. He shared his ID info like PAN, AADHAR and Army Canteen card. I shared my flat pics also. He wanted my house for rent in Hyderabad and asked me pay to some amount through gpay and this is army process. He cheated me for one lakh.

This person Randip Singh from Cisf called me and asked for the rental property. We asked him to visit and he said he wants to see the photographs. The photographs were already shared on the portal but he said he had network issues. I asked him to share his aadhar and Pan card and when I googled about him, saw the first instance on google about his fraud character. This needs to be stopped. This is the second time I have faced this. I am not sure if anyone is taking any action against them. This is the contact number he shared -+[protected].

Please. Be aware of such people and dont get fooled.
