Dear All, Mr. Subhash Naik collected the investments thru very lucrative plan of profits from the simple people which failed. people were waiting sincerely for the justice since 2009. People were duped and the case went to EOW further in the courts. 2010 - People paid Rs. 1500/- for legal fees to prove their investments and pending amount. But still it is pending, reason UNKNOWN. People asked to repay again Rs. 1500/- for out of court settlement to allot plots to the investors. the above details are understood from the blog www.nvl.net.in Now, the question arises should we pay or not. because, If Mr. Subhash Naik is ready to give away the plot to the investors as per their pending investments with Naik venture Ltd. why the delay by EOW or court. why out of court settlement.
