I placed a prepaid order worth ₹2559.39 on 5 July 2026, and you promised delivery by 10 July 2026. Today is 16 July 2026, and despite multiple calls, emails, Instagram DMs, comments, and continuous follow-ups, I have neither received my product nor my refund.
I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER GOOGLE FORM, TICKET, OR AUTOMATED REPLY. STOP WASTING MY TIME. I want only one of two things: deliver my product immediately or initiate my full refund immediately.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and is damaging your brand's reputation. A prepaid customer shouldn't have to beg every day for a resolution. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I'll continue escalating it through consumer authorities and keep updating this comment publicly until everyone can see how this case was handled.
