Namaste Medico — Non receiving of ordered product.

I have ordered Teederm forte ointment from namaste medicos for about 10 days ago with mobile no. [protected](email: [protected]@gmail.com). They have not given order no. & I haven't received my order. Nor they refund my amt. Rs. 415.

Plz do the needful at your end ASAP.
