I had the worst experience with [Namastemedico website ]. I placed an order on [March 7, 2025] and made a payment of [Rs 3050 /-]. Shortly after, I was notified that my order was canceled due to the non-availability of the item. However, since then, I have received NO communication or response from their customer service, and most importantly, NO REFUND for my payment. I’m still waiting for any sort o[censored]pdate, response, or my money back....

Placed order for some tablet on 28th june for rupees 885/- order number is 105444 after 2 day order auto cancel but dint get refund till today 3rd July . I am tried of calling their number daily which is either not reachable or not working now it's says incoming service is not available as number did not recharged. I am tried to mail them but no response yet....

Placed order for insulin on 16 th April for rupees 6455/- order number is 104959 but dint get refund till today 20th may it's been past one month I don't know what's causing them lots of delay on the day of order cancellation they assured me the refund of same amount with in 3 days. Ordered insulin on 16 th April still it's processing and I was in need of medicine which could not be delivered on time so purchased it else where would like to cancel the order with number #104959 of amount 6455/- Rs prepaid but could not reach their number and dint get reply to mails and instant message sent as there is no way to contact them l request for immediate refund of 6455 rs...

I placed an order on 1st April and paid Rs.9, 540 via paytm but I have still not received my order. The company phone is always either switched or not reachable. I have emailed the company but haven’t received any reply.

I had purchased a medicine Rs 1845.00 of order #104709 on 12.03.2024 and cancel the by you 15.03.24 as cause courier service not available in my address.I have been continuously following up on number provided on website on Calls, WhatsApp and email.But they are not responding.They are seen the messages on WhatsApp but not replying.
Please process my refund of RS.1845....

Have placed online order ( order no -104652)with Namaste Medico on 2nd March which got cancelled by them on 10th March .Refund for the same have not been received yet. Have made several calls to them but their contact no is continuously not reachable nor they respond on mails.Total amount paid by me for the order is 1533/-

I had placed my order (#104250) on 28th December 2023. And itz still showing under processing. I have been continuously following up on the number provided on website on calls and whatzapp. They are not responding. They are reading the messages on whatzapp, but are not replying.
Please if my medicines are out of stock, atleast have some courtesy to respond and process my refund of Rs. 2200.
I'm so so disappointed on their services.

This is regarding order ID 104085.
I placed an order on December 9 for a product of Rs 1303.50, received an email on 13 December saying the order has been cancelled due to non availability and the amount has been refunded. I haven't received the amount till date and doubtful on getting it. The company is a fraud, I got to know about it at a later date that he has scammed a lot of customers since he has not returned their money till...

I ordered medicine on Dec 11 Order # 104099. I needed to find out when medicine will arrive. Phone is switched off and no response to e mails.

I had ordered few medicines 18 nov 2023 and company is taking very longer time than usual, also they are not sharing updates for delivery. They also not receiving calls on the number mentioned on their website.

I have ordered Teederm forte ointment from namaste medicos for about 10 days ago with mobile no. [protected](email: [protected]@gmail.com). They have not given order no. & I haven't received my order. Nor they refund my amt. Rs. 415.

order was cancelled from their side within a day stating nonavailability of the material, And I did not receive my refund yet despite a promise of refund within 3 days, its been over a week now.

I ordered few products, they are not being delivered and no refund.

I ordered fastum gel on 6th feb 2023 and paid Rs.199/-. They cancelled my order on feb 10th due to nonavailability but they didn't refund my money till now

Namaste Medico — They cancelled the order from their side but they are not refunding the amount.

Bladder control pads ( seni lady plus) was ordered on Dec 14th for a senior citizen who is 92 years old. Order no. 99095 amount Rs. 1125.00.

Company cancelled this order on 18th Dec stating nonavailability of the material. Since then they are constantly assuring a refund but in vain.

I will pay back the senior citizen once I receive money from namaste medico. Government should take a strong stance upon such acts in the field of medicene.

They have stopped picking the calls now.

Please help me to get my refund asap.

Dear Sir,

I had placed an order with Namaste Medico on August 6, 2022 (Order #96026 ) and had paid Rs 975/- via paytm.

On August 9, 2022, I received an email from them saying my order was cancelled from their side.

When I called the customer care ([protected]), I was told the product was unavailable and the paid amount will be refunded to me in 3 days.

However amount is not returned...
