Namma Metro — No refund received for failed transaction

I did a google pay Rs 60 to buy ticket from vijayanagara metro station
to SV road on 7/5/2025. Payment failed & when i asked about this in
station they said will be refunded in 7days. (Also received whatsapp
mssage) Its been 15 days still there is no refund. On 20/5/2025 i asked
again & they said to email to process refund.. whatsapp payment
details: Order number [protected]
I have attached my statement where I did the transaction. Since this
one failed, i have done another one in counter which went through.
i have emailed twice on 21/5 & 27/5 to [protected]@bmrc.co.in &
[protected]@bmrc.co.in haven't received any reply. please look into this matter.
