hi I am resident of nanded city, sinhagad road. I understand the rules and maintanance services being offered to the residents of nanded city. It is about to make aware of all who plans to purchase any flat here about the strict rules being implemented by the security system adopted here. 1. card system to open the gate by all the residents of the society. good system but two wheelers have to operate it not four wheelers. i have both...security will open the gate when i go by car. I have to open when i go by two wheeler. Others may go who follow me in no time what ever is the vehicle...i donot understand this system. 2.Maintenance charges are 3 to 4 lakh one time even more for 3 BHK including service tax over that. The garden corridor are all well maintained. BUt we have to go and stand in the line for recharging water and electricity every month.their timings are 930 to 530PM which are the same ofice timings of the residents.IF water meter or elctrical meter warns on Monday...can he wait till sat and sunday for recharging...Both husband and wife employees who is going to recharge every time...why are they not providing online support. 3.Lift is being engaged everyday in crutial hours by maintenance staff. when asked about the timing they said 9Am is their duty joining hour.i waited a couple of minutes for the lift to come. Lift came with full of khachara..leaving no space for the residents to allow thm to go to their offices.i dont understand why these people canot come at 8 or 830...or after 10am. 4 I agree that there is no transport from main gate to sarang frequently...but i saw there are around 6 vehicles infront of marketing office for their use. When asked the executive about the ready for sale flat ...immediately took me in one of the vehicles to show the flat ready for sale. Once u booked the flat...u r booked for rest of your life... 5.There is a destination centre punjab national bank to b opned and other groceries shops sweets and vegetable shops. its good that all types of varieties are available in destination centre-I. I understand theis is more hepful fr residents as it is well connected to all flats in a shorter distance.The maintenance office is located in second floor far off from the main gate.But there is a bar available very nearer to main gate.People who come for recharging have to go secnd floor and who want to buy liquor is available at maingate only...how is this shop permitted in the premises of residential colony. 6. I made comparison of nanded city with that of other community gated colonies...I dont find anything other than concrete here.My voice reflects back due to concrte wall.It is not even provided with acoustical requrements in the house.My TV of higher price is shouting rather than playing music. 7. They dont maintain the civil engineering standard of designing a house. Hall is 21 ft with 10 ft width.it appears like a tunnel when u enter any asawari house. 8.Now they are charging Rs 5000 sqft...64plus for 2BHK and 72 for 2.5BHK and 93lakh for 3BHK...its nearly a crore for a single residential house in grampanchayat area of nanded city.this area is not even considered as municipality limit.Never to think of corporation limit.When someone buy 3 BHK shelling a crore ...he has to stand in the queue for being asked to bring your card for water maintenance and old bill for recharging electricty...I myself paid online 100 times and more bfre comnng to this nanded city towards electricty...i never stood in the line for recharging any thing. 9. having seen the concrte everywhere it is too hot inside the campus rather than outside. 10. School is very good pawar public school as it acquired name in other locations.The vertical travel is more than our horizontal travel to school...when chilren are in school dress we are there to drop them in school in time...gate is not opened. security around three people standing looking to us wthout opening the gate...It appears to be the security are jailers and we the residents are prisoners to be guarded by them... 11. School premises are good but the place is nt enough to park vehicles and for the school buses to enter inside the premises. Parents come to pick up their wards at their school leaving hours. and school buses also ply at the same timings after boarding the children. Security ask the parents to give way to the buses when they are hurry in droping their wards to the gate.why cannot they open a seperate gate for the buses. is it not dangeraous for the small kids walking around to enter the school...there is ample of space being drilled right now..may be planning to expand the building campus .I saw other schools giving roads seperately for buses and children who walk. if all parents come and park the vehicles there is very little space outside... Nanded city is not good- Target only to Loot People by collecting money
They are saying they have separate playground but provides schools ground and again that can be used before 8 am.
They are saying they have RFID security and they are taking nearly 1200rs for 5 rupees RFID card.
They threaten residence people for buying card of cost 1200 rs even if you are owner
Think that When someone buy 3 BHK shelling a crore. he has to stand in the queue for being asked to bring your card for water maintenance and old bill for recharging electricity

I have also agreed to this point that we have to go in the queue. I'm doing online payment/recharge everything since 2011 and here in 2020 also we have to go to the destination centre for water and electricity recharge. Very very disappointed by this
I am totally agree, even though everywhere we are using online payment, they are still using offline payment to go and visit recharge center this is only harassment of resident. Security weekly come up at doorstep and ask about citizen card as their security office issued cards as per resident details and document and they are having total list of citizens who are having it and who are not having it, even though they come up weekly and ask citizen card, i don't understand what is this process. Security come at home and note down card number and name weekly. What is purpose of it and what they are going to achieve from it. You are having total list along with you who is having card and who is not having. You pick up that list and sort out and visit them to push for citizen card. Anyways whatever management is their not good.
She said she is owner of her house n can do whatever she wants. Tough I am tenant I pay for where I stay, only because she is owner she cannot disturb me every now and then. I hope there are some rules and regulations as a society and I expect from security to mention and clear that rule to her. Also to tell her what may happen if she does not accept that rule. She even said now you have complained about me so I will make more noise on purpose.
I even tried complaining to security but in vain it's a month now n problem still unresolved. It's harassment to live here. But invested money to shift here n again doing same is too much waste of money...
