Nanded City Complaints & Reviews

I have been residing at Madhuvanti since last 2 years. For every minor things there are huge charges. Citizenship card Rs. 130 per member and 1000 fees.
Major problem which I faced on 09/07/23. I wanted to have maternity photoshoot of my wife where we provided her brothers resident card to allow. But the security people said that the card cannot be used by sister. They charged Rs. 1500 considering we as tenants. After half an hour one big family came for photoshoot who were neither residents nor tenants. They carried someone's card. The security allowed them saying that our higher officer have allowed and behaved very rudely with us. Such discrimination should be stopped. Why to loot internal residents although we are paying full rent alongwith maintainance.

1) nanded city is made only for loot money of public
2) jara sharam karo nanded city logo ko kitana satayogo. 5 rs ke card app 130+1000 rs mein de rahe ho citizenship ke nam pe. Government koi action ky nahi leti. Our enko bhi sharam nahi hai.
3) in 2 kilometer they have created 30 speed bakers. I dont why they are not treating us human being. Are bhai hum bhi insan hai. Indian government ne koi to rule banane chahiye speed baker ke liye

I am a proud resident of madhuvanti in nanded city since last 3 years. While appreciating all the good facilities and services provided by the society, i would like to highlight the growing issue of problems due to pet dogs.
The pet dogs are creating all health problems other than the the foul smell in the parking area and passages in and around the building.
The sheet may spread the germs and become the big health issue to kids and old age people moving and playing nearby.
It is my suggestion that all owners should be instructed to clean the sheet immediately and it should not lay the spot.

hi I am resident of nanded city, sinhagad road. I understand the rules and maintanance services being offered to the residents of nanded city. It is about to make aware of all who plans to purchase any flat here about the strict rules being implemented by the security system adopted here. 1. card system to open the gate by all the residents of the society. good system but two wheelers have to operate it not four wheelers. i have both...security...

I am a resident of nanded city. Major problem faced by residing people here is lack of any transport from the main road (sinhagad rd) to residential apartments. The distance is good 1 to 1.5 kms and people / guests who do not have any personal vehicle are left to walk the distance. They have a electric golf cart which runs at whims of the authority. It is a shame for such a huge project to leave the residents in such a pathetic situation. This attitude of carelessness goes to show how they would carry out the remaining project and i leave up to prospective clients of nanded city to look into this matter before considering a decision to purchase property in this project.

A) During Construction Period
1. Delay of No Objection certificate
2. Loss of No objection certificate. There was confusion between HDFC & Nanded City person with respect to hand over.
3. Loss of HDFC Cheque which was found 2 days later in your office.
4. Made continuous follow up to generate 2nd No Objection certificate
5. Gave possession late by 6 months than agreed during registration.

Sometimes the question comes in my mind am I dealing with the Government. Please see my below chain mail.

B) After Possession:
1. Huge Dust is coming through unconstructed roads from where 150 trucks are going each day. There are 2 Senior Citizens & child at my home.
2. The sprinkling of water was joke upto yesterday. Your Management is incapable o[censored]nderstand the urgency of the consumer.
3. After my continuous follow up water sprinkled only twice during my 6 mails trails.
4. Huge Noise Pollution through Concrete Mixers which are working for Lalit’s Construction site. Why should I suffer because others construction site?
5. Floor Tiles are sub standard. You cannot wiped out the stains which are remains for 1 hour.
6. There is no single Bush/ Trees in front of our view which was agreed on booking & part of your advertisement ( Tune with Nature).
7. During booking , the commitment made for Garden for Mangal Bhairav which is now converted into parking. This is Ultra Vires Act. I really doubt for your commitment for the conservation of nature.
8. By keeping 3 bush not the tress for 30 Building , the action shows that “ There is no value for the Mangal Bhairav Residents as compared to Lalit where Beautiful Gardens are placed.”.
9. We are experiencing that “ Your Management is Treating Us (Mangal Bhairav Residents )as Slum Dwellers- who occupied the flats as a Free”.
10. The porch is unclean for many days.

C) So my demands are
1. Compensation against Monetary Loss of Rs. 10000 for delay in project.
2. Compensation against Deficiency Of Services & Ultra Vires Act- 2,00,000/-
3. Mutual Agreement Sale of Flat if you are not agreed on the terms.
4. Planting of Trees & Conserving gardens. No parking area in common area.
5. Construction of Road besides my building.
