Nano Hospital — irresponsible people in the administration

My father had consulted an urologist couple of weeks back regarding his urinal infection and prostrate. Now he had a recurring issue, the doctor is not in the hospital for two weeks, so we asked if there is any other doctor, to which they replied they just have emergency doctors. When asked to share the number of the doctor, they are refusing for it, now we understand that this might be a protocol, but when they are ready to call the doctor and consult, as a patient, are we not allowed to do that? Amid the covid 19 issue, since pm himself has mentioned, isn't it safe if we can contact the doctor indoors and get the consultancy, we just want to ask if he should continue the same medication or not, we are not getting any tests done. And won't visiting the hospital put a person more at risk, plus my father is 64 years old, so this is highly irresponsible of nano hospital administration.
