Recently I had terrible experience with the doctors in Nano hospital, Bangalore at BTM Layout, Hulimavu (Near Arekere Saibaba Temple).
My husband was admitted to this hospital due to chest congestion and breathing problem after recommended by Dr. Purnima K in Jayashree Hospital, Begur Road, Bangalore. She also practices at Nano Hospital. Due to inadequate facilities at Jayshree hospital she told me to get my husband admitted in Nano hospital. Immediately doctots at Nano moved him to ICU not because his critical condition but just because they want to charge more from us. They put oxygen and glucose to the patient. After sometime we requested them to shifted to room or normal ward but they didn't listen and instead took so many tests which were not required for diagnosis.
The emergency staff, attendents were busy in gossips all the time rather than looking after the patient. The oxygen supply was inadequate and patient was suffering a lot. I have to remind them many times to see the patient but they did not listen at all. Then one of my friend who came in the evening saw the hospital condition and quickly advised me to change the hospital on immediate basis as there was no improvement in my husband health. We had to pay them Rs. 25000 just for 8 hours to get the patient discharged from this horrible hospital. Initially they were reluctant to discharge the patient but we have to fight to get this done. Then I admitted my husband to some other reputed buy less expensive hospital. He is fine now after 1 night stay in the hospital whereas Nano hospital doctor told us that my husband needed to stay for atleast 3 to 4 days not because of his condition but to give them freedom to loot us more.
We feel so lucky that we came out from there hands on time. I would not recommend this to anyone. Really hard time with them.
They are looting patients visiting for emergency and other healthcare services. They loot patients based on their whims and fancies and this should be stopped to protect innocent patients. Was this information helpful? |
