I purchased 6 kgs (2 x 3kg bags)of Pedigree Senior Dry Dog Food fm Nappets.com Delhi on 22nd December 2023 & prepaid an amount of Rs.1510/- online. I received an email about the order pymnt But No Order ID. On calling the 2 numbers provided in their website, both appear to be unavailable or fake...the landline number "does not exist" says recording & Truecaller shows it a "fake fraudulent"...the WhatsApp Number is "Always Switched Off" & they Never Reply to messages...just once the person wrote back saying the items in stock have expired & was extremely rude & wrote "what's the issue”...after that absolutely no response daily wen i msg...2 ticks show on wa but they've removed the blue ticks so can't know wen they've seen...I've even asked for refund but no reply...I even sent an email to which they never replied...I found their website n ordered from them as the same particular items not available in Bangalore where I reside. I need a complete refund & Nappets.com should be taken to task.
