I purchased 6 kgs (2 x 3kg bags)of Pedigree Senior Dry Dog Food fm Nappets.com Delhi on 22nd December 2023 & prepaid an amount of Rs.1510/- online. I received an email about the order pymnt But No Order ID. On calling the 2 numbers provided in their website, both appear to be unavailable or fake...the landline number "does not exist" says recording & Truecaller shows it a "fake fraudulent"...the WhatsApp Number is "Always Switched Off" &...

I have ordered Royal canin Rottweiler puppy 3kg and Paid the amount of Rs.2175 in the nappets website and there are no reply from them.They don't take any calls because it's all fake and I am sending this to help us with refund and not let this happen to anyone else..

I found this website on google and placed a pre-paid order for cat harness order no. 41744 on October 1, 2020. After that for days i have been following up endlessly everyday on the phone number given[protected] and on watsapp on their email. no response.. either phone rings noone picks up or phone remains off..After searching about this company on facebook etc i read other persons similar experience.. is when i realised i have been duped like others.. my purpose of fiiing this complaint is to request you to pls help so that others dont suffer the same fate as me.. will really appreciate a prompt response and help.

I have messaged the websites whatsapp, I emailed them and I also rang their customer care number many times.. No answer whats so ever. This website is scamming people. Please shut them down.

I am vardhini placed an order on nappets website on[protected] of amount Rs.670/- order no: 38791. I ordered my dog snacks and chews. There was no response from nappets members. I tried calling all of their numbers, once they answered call asked for order no and then the mobile is switch off after that. All of their e-mail id's are unresponsive. There is no option to cancel the order on website. Now i want to cancel my order and need refund of amount

I made an order and waited for weeks but it was not delivered. When I contacted them it took several tries on mail, phone, facebook and whatsapp before they answered. They said the order had been cancelled and I would get a refund within two days.
After several days I contacted them again, and I had to call several times. Again they promised a refund within two days but I got nothing.
I am soon fling a police report as it has been two months (!) since I placed the order. They haven't given me anything and they have non-existent service.

I placed order via anusha. [protected]@gmail.com with order no17061 amount ₹1010 paid online on 26.09.2018.
I called on contact no.[protected] on 29.09.2018. He informed me about unavailability of the product and also asked me to raise a request for cancellation with bank details. On 01.10.2018 i have mailed to [protected]@nappets.com for cancellation but there was no response. Since then i have made so many calls no one responds.
And no acknowledgement of any mails or calls have been done till today.

I placed an order on 27th November, since day 1 the order tracking status on the website merely says it is "processing", I have called, whatsapped, emailed and filled in the online form on the website for an update and there has been no response.
I have carried out all requirements as a consumer from the details available on the website to get in touch with the company but have not received any response from them. I am an advocate and this is not an acceptable way to conduct business.

I chitra ordered in www.nappets.com with id [protected]@gmail.com, ordered glenand cat litter 5 kg jars - 2 no. S on january 28th 2018, order no. 15798 costs rs. 780. Still today march 19th 2018 the product is not shipped and still under processing. I called the customer care number (+91-[protected]), mobile is switched off and contacted through mails no response. These website is a fraud one and cheating people.

www.nappets. com still have not contacted about the product ordered information to ship the product or refund the amount. A big scam online website in the name of pet supplies which is easy to cheat people's need.

Hello,
I ordered ointment and spray from nappets.com for maggot infested wound of a stray dog.
I got a confirmation email from them that the order has been successfully placed. But days went by and i got no response from them.
I sent them an email at the address mentioned on their website but got an error that the email does not exist. So, i tried replying back to the confirmation email i received but it bounced back as well.
So, i searched for a number and sent an email as well as a whatsapp message but no reply from them.
I told them that they have took too long & the dog would probably die by the time the medicine reaches me, so refund my money unless you've already sent the parcel. No reply from them.
Though the money is not so much but these people must be stopped from duping people & this website should be brought down!
Some 200 bucks from me & likewise 200 bucks from thousands of people without delivering anything - they'll be rich by stealing & duping like this.

I ordered some stuff (order I'd 16644) back in 22.07.2018 but till date they didn't delivered it or refunded my money.
Their customer care no is fake and their chat room not responding...
So friend s don't buy from this cheating website to lose your money and valuable time.

I order a pet mediceine on 7. Nov on nappets.com order no is 15559. As per them they usually take 4-6 working days to deliver. It been more than 7 days they havent deliver the product. I tried calling their support no +91-[protected] but no one is responding to my call. Today in the morning i had word with one i explained the concern to that guy he told me will give a call in next 15 mins but again no response and when i am calling there is no one picking the call.
I even tried reaching them through their facebook & twitter handle but no revert again.

Posting on this website is of no use. You paid your hard earned money and were duped because you did not receive the products you ordered. You must make a cyber theft complaint.
And I suggest you do it. I would have done this but it's been a very long time when I purchased from them. Your case on the other hand is fresh. Just file an online cyber crime case on this website:

These cyber crime people are really helpful. I had received a fraudulent phone call few months back asking my bank details etc. I reported to them and their response really made me feel good. Ofcourse since i hung-up the phone nothing really happened so they said no point troubling yourself after this person but they said we'll find this guy and take care of him our way.
So go ahead and lodge a complaint. Who knows how many thousands of people these website people have robbed and money little by little going into their account. People don't do anything thinking "ah! forget it its just a little amount" but this website fellow is getting rich by fraud which is going unchecked.
