We have booked a flat in Courtyard project (Ornella Building), Thane Pokhran Road 2 in Feb-2020 and got possession on July-2020. From day 1 of possession there are leakage issue in Master and Common bathrooms and Master bedroom. Quality of construction is really poor and respective team is yet not able to rectify the issue. We are staying in flat with cutout in fall ceiling to take out leakage water. Narang Realty owners are not replying on any email and calls we did in last more than 18 months and just ignoring us. They took crores of money for flat and provided pathetic quality of construction. As per agreement builder is liable to take care of any construction related issue till 5 years. But they are not providing any resolution and not replying on official emails we have sent to them. As issue is not yet resolved and they don't have action plan to get it resolve then Builder should provide us new flat with all interiors as we did in our existing flat or should refund amount with compensation as we are badly affected with this issue.
