Courtyard, Pokharan Road Number 2, Siddhachal Housing Society, Pawar Nagar, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra, India, 124/Ornella building

We have booked a flat in Courtyard project (Ornella Building), Thane Pokhran Road 2 in Feb-2020 and got possession on July-2020. From day 1 of possession there are leakage issue in Master and Common bathrooms and Master bedroom....

Leakage issue and bad quality construction in Courtyard Thane project

We have booked a flat in Courtyard project (Ornella Building), Thane Pokhran Road 2 in Feb-2020 and got possession on July-2020. From day 1 of possession there are leakage issue in Master and Common bathrooms and Master bedroom. Quality of construction is really poor and respective team is yet not able to rectify the issue. We are staying in flat with cutout in fall ceiling to take out leakage water. Narang Realty owners are not replying...
