I worked on narayana jr college as tutor and resigned on oct 2018. I am trying to withdraw my pf but my jyc is having incorrect dob due to which i need a joint declaration form from narayana college. I posted all the xerox of kyc to vijayawada main branch but i didn't get any response from that branch. I really would like to get answer on this as my pf is not able to complete without this.
