Narayana School, Durgapur — Admission token money

I was planning for the admission of my son in Narayana School Durgapur, I had given token money which was collected by Ms. Payali who ensured me that if at the time of admission for any reason if I am not interested for admission, my token money will be refunded. For some reason, I didn't prefer to take admission of my son in this school and thanks for the people who also guided me and told me the truth of the school.

The management of the school is pathetic and unprofessional. These people don't bother to respond. Going through this phase anyone can imagine how the students are treated and what would be the education level.

I had given cheque to Ms. Payali in february 2017 of amount Rs 10000 vide no 644362 which was debited from my account on 22 feb 2017.
When I asked to refund the money, I was told to send a letter then we will refund your money. Even though I have sent letter and multiple follow up through phone call and emails but didn't get any positive response from them.

Is this how Narayana school works and harasses parents and students.

Now these people are avoiding me and not responding at all. Sometime Principal of the school is not available and not giving any timeline when my token money will be refunded. It's been more than 2 months and it's really frustrating to follow each time. This is totally fraud and I feel cheated. I don't understand how this fraud school is running.

Kindly refund my token money.
