Nareevastra — refund

Received a fake dress instead for the ordered. While asking for the refund, they are asking me to send it back myself in my expense and they will refund it as score in my nareevastra account. Once i send it back how i am supposed to know whether these people will send these back.
I need my money as in cash terms. I am ready to return back the item.
