We ordered a saree from nareevastra.com which is a cod order.

However the product quality is very cheap and not as shown in detail page.
We tried contacting them but no response. Please help us get our amount back.
Kindly take severe action against them....

From the above i have purchased a sharee as per the pictures shown in their website, but received...

Received a fake dress instead for the ordered. While asking for the refund, they are asking me to send it back myself in my expense and they will refund it as score in my nareevastra account. Once i send it back how i am supposed to know whether these people will send these back.
I need my money as in cash terms. I am ready to return back the item....

I ordered lehenga from this site on 7th September and received it on 14th September. Upon checking, I saw that the quality of fabric was so cheap and it was no where near to what they showed on website. It's not at all worth RS 1799. I am trying to contact them to return the product and apply for refund however they are not answering nor replying on WhatsApp. I have tried to contact them via various means however no response....

The quality of the sarees are very very cheap. All sarees were written as crepe silk but made of plastic. Not worth of even 100 rs. But was sold in 1499 each. Additionally we need to spend more on return courier charges, i am awaiting for my refund.
I ordered 3 sarees worth rs. 4497/-, i want my money back and also want nareevastra management to be punished for cheating people as the image shown on the website and details provided...

I ordered a saree online and paid cod rs. 1100. Saree was not up-to the mark and not worth the cost paid. Hence i returned through courier 10days back. Till today no acknowledgement or refund of amount done in wallet. No one picking up phone also.

Also sent courier slip through whatsapp and order number also. Return slip also received from dealer.

Even then no response. Buyers be aware....
