[Resolved] Narendra — Idea VAS charges

Idea has charged me Rs. 498 in the first month itself as VAS charges. They called my home members while number is registered on my name. This is wrong practice to call anyone and asking for free VAS activation and charging them later in monthly bill. Even they are not ready to refund the amount by deducting it for a month. I need help please.

Pathetic service from Idea and their customer service representatives are not ready to listen their customers voice...useless
