Narendra Modi — due to some problem in meter we have given application. but electricity connection has disconnected

Sir, our last month (august) electricity bill amount was very high so we have requested for permission to pay the bill in 3 installments and charge with a receipt of 600/- for this.we payed the first installment. But when we went to pay the second installment they told us that from this month this rule is finished.and us that submit your complete bill and again charges rs. 300.and today on 26 sep, they came and checked our meter as we have filed a complaint for problem in meter. And disconnected our connection. Pls do something sir. I am sending you the image of receipt of our first installment.
