Sir, our last month (august) electricity bill amount was very high so we have requested for permission to pay the bill in 3 installments and charge with a receipt of 600/- for this.we payed the first installment. But when we went to pay the second installment they told us that from this month this rule is finished.and us that submit your complete bill and again charges rs. 300.and today on 26 sep, they came and checked our meter as we have filed a complaint for problem in meter. I am shreyas ashok bute, registered my profile on national apprenticeship training scheme (Nats). On 17 april 2018, when i come to know about it. At that time i have completed my diploma in mechanical engineering, pursuing b. E. Mechanical engineering last year. So i did the registration on diploma, but now i have completed my b. We are small proprietorship with turnover 50-60 lakhs average am surprised while paying nov 2017 dues with penalty of rs 10, 000.00, and again for dec 2017 a penalty of rs 10, 000.00, instead of just diffence between nov 17 and dec 17 period.
So to regularise i shall have to pay about 1, 00, 000.00 (One lakhs).

My objections to this cumulative panalty:

1. With nov 17 not paid as i cannot pay dec 17 or subsequent monthly submissions so penalty should not be repeated for the period till nov 17. I am debarred from submitting subsequent months yet pay panalty. Why?

2. The input taxes are already paid so why such multiplying penalty at all.

3. The penalty should be based on default amount or turnover. Also as we are petty firms with profit at the most 3-5 lakhs is a huge burden (20%-30%).

I have written to pmo office (Ref pmopg/e/2018/0372804) and is stuck since 2nd aug 18. I dont know if it reached you.

Sir you are the last resort for my grievance and look into the matter and reimburse the penalty amount of subsequent months when paid within say next month.. As i could not wait for your response and had to pay to regularise to aviod rs 500.00 not rs 50 fine per day from further accumulating.

Let smes like us survive. Please donot encourage death by such burdens (20-30% panalty)

I have apply for income certificate online on 23 of july, its been fours day till now the process is kept in pending as the authority said that there a network problem in there system.. Ie.. Circle office, kampur, nagaom. It is very urgent for me... I have been running for this fir four days. Fews day back i have applied for legal heir certificate at that time also they said there is network problem so they keep the process pending for about more than one week... How the government can be so irresponsible in these matters? We the common people face the major problen of this new scheme digital india... Its like before passing class 1 promoted to class 3.. How it will manage in class 3 without going through 1 and 2... There is nowhere i can complaint, if its there also there will be no response. So i m writing to u. I am running around at the passport authorities office from kalamboli to belpaur every other day but the police station is not willing to accept and get the verification done. First, they dont come to your place anymore and second they make you run around 1000 times just for money. I requested them that i needed the passport urgently and if they clear the record it can be done but they are not willing to help. I send them application about the mentioned matter and they called me and asked me to give penalty or fees for getting mark-sheet and certificate. And i did the same as per their direction. But after that also they didn't send us result. And i mailed and called them many times but didn't get any kind of response. Now due to that my brother is going in depressed condition.

People are in this post office not picking the call as i said please check & tried once to call them if they picked the call so it will be great as i tried to call them more than 50 of times to check when my parcel to be delivered to my address but no one is there picking the call also this is the air force area so it will be difficult to go inside for civilians.
