NASH HOMEOPLEX — Inappropriate behaviour with patients

I am Pallavi D. I have started my journey with Nash from July 2021. At the beginning they have promised to help me with my PCOS and weight loss problem with the help of their Medicine, no exercise or diet is required for loosing weight is what Dr. Nayan Supnekar had guaranteed. Also, I don't have to visit to doc regularly as they have courier services which will deliver my medicine on the door within 2 days of my order. I hoped that it can be a great journey if it is possible. Weeks and month passed, arguments began, pertaining to health and journey. I was not informed about the process. All of a sudden, I got to know about physiotherapy, dietician. I had to exercise and take proper diet so as to reduce weight. At first it was a shocker but later on I adjusted. As they days passed, i asked dietician to provide me proper diet and whenever I called her or met her to review, she asked me one thing, what is the issue?? I am confused whether she has my history profile or not. Because she is clueless about me everytime I meet her. Same goes with Physiotherapist. She doesn't remembers my history and always ask me about my issue.
Fast forward to today, due to other commitments, I could not visit Nash for my meds. I have informed the clinic staff and Dr about the same and asked them to courier meds. But instead of doing so, they argued me to visit hospital and take the meds as courier would not be possible.
I was really helpless and upset by the kind of service doctors have provided me. I want to cancel the subscription and they are now forcing me to continue.
