Naswiz Holidays — My Refund for the product returned not done

I have bought a suit and pant from naswiz showroom pune for rs. 7885. But i after looking at the quality i was not satisfied and decided to return. As they have a return and refund policy i did as they said the product was returned to the show room before 30 days, which was told by the company through mail. And after that they asked me to submit my account details through mail (Which is [protected]@naswiz.com). I did all the procedure as they asked but its now like 3- months but there is no response to that mail. I have been trying to get in touch by any means but not happening. They have given contact no. Which only rings but no one pick it up, have a whatsapp customer care but that have also blocked me.

So, you are the only hope i have to get my money back. Please let me know what ever happens.
