I am writing this complaint against a travel company called Naswiz holidays pvt ltd. Here is the complete experience faced recently in my trip along with my family. My check in date 10/09/2016 My check out date 14/09/2016 (Location - Khajjiar and Hotel Name - Royal Residency) 1.Hotel Booking Observation :- hotel booking request was submitted for 4 days from my side but they had booked wrongly 2 nights which was not verified by them before dispatching to customer and it during my final review found wrong duration booked at their end .I reported the same and after lot of struggle and spending 12 hrs the wrong booking got rectified . 2.Hotel Observation:- I HAVE CHECKED IN ON 10TH SEP 2016 AND SURPRISED TO SEE THE SERVICES AND FACILITIES PROVIDED BY NASWIZ APPROVED HOTEL, THEN IMMEDIATELY HAD DISCUSSED WITH NASWIZ EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER FOR UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION AND ARRANGEMENT IN BETTER HOTEL HOWEVER NOBODY HAS TURNED UP AND FINALLY I HAVE CHECKED OUT ON 12TH SEP 2016 ALONG WITH MY TWO KIDS (4 yrs & 2 yrs) a.Approved hotel provided by Naswiz was very poor category which is not expected from Three star Hotel Below are the minimum facilities should be available in THREE star hotel which were not there . #. Bathroom and room were not hygenic #. Power Backup #. Internet Facilities #.Kids play station #. Emergency medical Facility Above facilities must be there in THREE star Hotels which was committed by NASWIZ during the package booking. b.Let me highlight one of the worst case where One of the Guest who were staying next to my room On 11th Sep 2016 Night and the gentleman suddenly had chest pain at night and there was no basic health care / transportation services available and after 10 hrs the gentle man was reached at CHAMBA hospital (distance -25 km from Hotel) hospital and the doctor declared that the person was no more, This is clearly indicate that the lack of basic facilities provided by NASWIZ . It’s your point of view but from my side facilities are good. Maybe you didn’t get good service but the Naswiz is a really great travel company. I have gone to many cities through Naswiz packages. I did not face any types of problems.

My experience with Naswiz is totally good till date in every aspect. In terms of refunds and in processing the operational formalities these people are very professional. They take care of each and every part decently and professionally.
I am enjoying Naswiz services from 2 years approx. I totally agree with Karan. they offer holiday packages but some restrictions. It is in terms and conditions. you can't say they are fraud. Naswiz Giving best services to their customers. I would like to suggest you can complain those guys who pressurize you to the higher team.

Is this over expectation or poor service? I would rather trust tripadvisor.com or similar websites which has been pretty successful for me in my more than decade old travel experience
