Nata — error with examination software, unable to complete test, application number: 21020814

1. I am balasubramanian r. P, father of leka. R. B. She took her nata exam today with application number: 21020814 and after completion of part b upon proceeding to part a, the exam portal started throwing an error saying "slow internet connection" at about 1:17pm. But the internet connection was pretty fast, we know it cause we tried speed testing on multiple websites multiple times. We tried restarting the system, restarting the modem, restarting the software but none of that helped. We recorded the incident, and here is the link to the same for your reference

2. Post this we tried to contact the nata helpline number: [protected], but we couldn't get through.

3. Despite us trying a number of solutions we were unfortunately not able to get the software to work and as a result leka couldn't proceed with the test post part b, she couldn't even start part a.

I kindly request you to provide a way for leka rb to attend the examination again as this could play a huge role in determining her future.
