Nataraj Indane Gas Agency, Yelahanka, Bangalore — Gas not delivered, The agency incharge not co-operating and talking rudely

Hi Sir, This is to bring to your notice that, the In charge of Idane gas of above mentioned company not co-operating properly with the customers, they dont have time to clarify the doubts of customer, I have booked my gas through SMS on 24th of August 2014, still the gas is not delivered and when I went and inquired in the office, they have given me the supplier number and that guy is not responding to my call the supplier number is [protected] and his name is Krishnappa... I have called him more than 20 times over the his mobile number but no response at all, If there is no response like this means how do we go further. Kindly help me on this regards, Yours Truly, Patil
