National Board Of Examination — Amount deducted but show payment failure on merchant website

Neet mds applicant userid-MDS23013570 I have paid rupees 4250 by upi payment through bhim scan for application of neet mds 2023 but the page was still displaying that payment is pending so u can’t submit the form.. I kindly request you to please help me
