When i attempt to make online payment of neet pg form my amount is deducted by payment didnt succeed kindly solve my issue

I'm a Foreign medical graduate from Philippines, graduated in 2023. I have applied for Eligibility Certificate on March 2022, still now I have received my Certificate.
I have applied for FMGE (Foreign medical graduate exam ) this Jan 20, 2024. Since my Eligibility Certificate is pending in NMC (National medical council), I haven't received my ADMIT CARD for the exam.

I am BRINDA MURALI I applied for FMGE-DEC 2023 exam with the User ID: FMGE23202448 on DECEMBER 6th 2023, I used UPI id as the mode of payment of Rupees 7080, At 7.06 pm on 6th dec 2023, the amount was deducted from my account but the application form shows the PAYMENT IS PENDING and application form IS NOT SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED. Kindly either mark my status successfully paid and accept my application or kindly refund the amount . I really request much kindly as i do have exams upcoming and i really feel depressed about this problem, kindly resolve this so that i could concentrate on my studies.

Need clarification for:-

1) Do i still have to wait 48hrs to check the status of my payment or shall i do second payment

2) Will the amount will be refunded or it will make my payment successful by accepting my application form

I have a request for a refund, I have done my payment dated 29/11/2023, 05:44 pm through phonepe UPI & a amount of Rs.7080 got debited from my account but the applicant login page still showed payment is pending.

So I request to refund the amount from my transaction debited from phonepe UPI of amount Rs.7080(transaction ID : T2311291744204785772535, as soon as possible .

I got a seat in DNB Anaesthesia, in 2023 counselling. I opted for the seat by paying fees and following the terms via OPJR. But after seeing seat Matrix of state which was released after opting the seat, there were more chances for me to get an MD seat in state., So I surrendered my seat of DNB. The seat I surrendered was taken by some other student in next round, which clearly shows no seat was wasted because of me. If the same happened...

I got dnb seat in mcc 1st round counselling and paid 125000 for admission. But in 2nd round I upgraded to md seat and got admission to md seat. But I did not get refund 125000 from NBE

I did a payment of rs 4310 for my Thesis submission via debit card on 20/8/23. The transaction failed in first attempt, the money was deducted from my account but I did not get any refund till now. Kindly provide me the refund asap. Thankyou.

NBE is becoming increasingly famous for failed transaction and not refunding and worst email responses..
Is this a new way found by nbe officials to month money from poor students??
I myself have lost more than Rs 10thousand till now..
So if this complaint is not resolved I have decided to inform to Prime ministers office.
I had to make make 2 payments as first transaction failed during submission of thesis and as usually the first transaction amount is not being refunded..
On bringing this to notice of nbe they reply to me properly after a week now and that asking for all the needless details instead of straightly refunding it..
They are asking for statement till date of my credit card which can only be taken from bank only after the month end..

I have recently made a thesis submission through credit card and first transactio failed, and so had to make second transaction, and no refund was made for first transaction..
On putting mail nbe replies after 1week and asking for all needless informations like till date statements for credit cards etc etc.. which I can get from banks only after month end .
Now seeing all these should I forget my money just like I have done several times previously or you are going to resolve and repay me??
Wondering if nbe officials have found a way to earn money through these so drastically increasing failed transaction??
Please stop feeding yourselves through hard earned money of poor students..
I have decided to inform to prime minister's office regarding this increasing immoral and unethical activity of NBE if I am not getting proper responce..

I applied for fmge 2023 on 16/06/2023 around 1:13pm the amount got deducted and showing payment is pending when I called the help desk they are telling me to wait around 48 hrs and while contacting the bank the told the payment has been debited and I raised a complaint via ticket and mailed them still no response

When i was applying for fmge june 2023 form, at last page i was waiting for the request from nbe to do payment from google pay .
While i was on the google pay to do payment and at the same time application form payment timing was finished.
I made payment of 7080 Rupees using that nbe link and my application form shown payment failure .
It was systemic failure i understand it, but my payment was done 3 days ago and i contacted nbe call center, i have done mail enough to show them what went wrong. I raised query in fmge helpdesk and my days are going and i am not able to fill up new form because that amount is not small and they have no proper answer regarding..
Now what can i do to get my payment refund asap. It is very much urgent . My application form last date is 20th june 2023 . Please try to resolve by tomorrow 🙏

I Duggapuram Shriyanka (reg id: fmge[protected], have made a transaction of Rs. 7080/- for FMGE exam registration on may 31st and money was debited from the account but the payment was shown as pending. The second time payment was made on June 2nd 2023 money was deducted and payment was shown successful.

I used UPI and Card payment for transaction....

My Application ID :FMGE23118913 I paid my July session FMGE exam fees on June 8 via UPI and transaction was successful but still its showing pending in my application form can you please solve my problem .

First of all I'm not that rich enough for the back papers for no reason?
I got 68 marks in practical of still live painting... And drawing and painting is my major subject ! And I'm regular student so... I attended every lacture, ,
Why ? They failed me in theory?
The paper name was history of Indian sculpture? I got 09 marks out of 75
I'm sure its a fault please do something about it or provide me a back paper with no cost ... It's a humble request thank you

In MCC NEET PG Counselling 2021, First Round I was allotted DNB QUOTA (NBEMS) RADIATION ONCOLOGY at Batra Hospital and MEdical Research Centre, Delhi. I joined the seat & deposited required fees of Rs. 147500/- dated 26.01.2022 to NBEMS Portal. But In the Second Round I was upgraded to M.D. Radiation Oncology in Sawai Man Singh Medical College, Jaipur (Rajasthan). I subsequently resigned from the DNB Seat & Joined M.D. Radiation Oncology. Irrespective of this, my DNB Admission fees has not been refunded to me till date. As per NBEMS instructions we have completed all the formalities, but our payment has not been refunded. So, I request that you refund my DNB admission fees as soon as possible.
