National Board Of Examination — Amount got deducted but payment is being shown pending even after deduction

Dear sir,
I had applied to NEET PG 2021 and got successfully registered. My application got successfully submitted and payment had been done by me and the amount of 5, 015/- rupees got deducted from my account, Karur Vysya Debit Card on[protected] at 17:18am in the morning hours but my applicant login page still shows payment pending. I could'nt select the centers due to this payment pending popup message over my applicant login page despite I paying the amount and money being debited from my account. Please kindly look through the issue and the needful ASAP.
