I tried to pay for my neet pg form on 1 november 2017. First i tried using bank of india net banking with refrence no being stubp[protected] and i got a message that your transaction has been rejected due to an exception.

Then i tried using sbi net banking with reference no being jsbi[protected]igachhijh7 and again got the same message.
But on both the instances my account was debited if 3750 rs (7500 in total).

I tried contacting bill desk payment gateway and even neet pg customer support but in vain

    My 1st transaction was successful 3750/ - deducted to nbe but 3rd step of registration shows still payment option.
    So i paid twice. 2nd transaction was successful 3750/ deducted to nbe 3rd step completed. This way nbe charged me twice. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I need refund 3750/-. They are not responding to mails and calls were busy. Kindly help me.

      Sir/ mam on nov 3 i applied nfor neetpg.. My money was deducted twice bit payment not done i used sbi card transaction id was txn#ju[protected]&txn#ju[protected]. After deduction of money it showed msg as (Your action could not be completed due to exception. Please try again later.) so please help to get back my deducted money if there is any way (2750+2750) i already sent mail to them but they are not responding & help no also says wrong number.

      Sir.. My money has been deducted twice (Sbi card) during neet pg registration but paymment step not completed it showed as (Your action could not be completed due to exception. Please try again later. But money deducted) payment step completed only when i payed money through other account.. So is there any way to get my deducted money.. Please help me in getting my deducted money back (2750+2750)

Sir, i got the msg from bank that the payment was successful but the same was not reflected on my login page plus i tried contacting you by phone numerous time but no response from your team.           Applied for neet pg 2018.first step 1 and step 2 of application are successful.i proceeded for payment but payment was shown unsuccessful but money was debited 2 times from SBI account transaction numbers are JU[protected], JU[protected] and 1 time money was debited from KOTAK MAHINDRA ACCOUNT the narration was PCD/[protected]/NBE/MUMBAI .

            I am also tried to register for neet pg 2018 a several times but screen shows your action could not be completed due to an exception.

            I am very much afraid if it continues i could not able to appear for exams which i am preparing for years. Please kindly look into this it has been two days i am trying to register but the screen always shows the same.

            Even i tried to contact nbe through provided helpline [protected]. But always busy otherwise it says not valid number.

            We guys are in pathetic situation. Please look into this issue and solve the problem.

              Wen i paid first time i got d money deduction message on phone frm bank bt no action on form site of nvr fr neet pg i tried calling thousand times on helpline no n called bt no response n emailed d message pic n complained on d given site but no reply n i was bound to pay second time cz of limited seat at centre please help please i have been charged twice3750+3750. Help soon nbe is quitting form task on 27 nov

                My candidate id is [protected]. I applied for neet pg 2018 entrance exam but could not complete my registration. For payment option i paid rs 3750 via pnb debit card today at 01:32 pm. Amount was debited from the account but the nba website is again showing payment option and i could not proceed further and select the test centre.
                I again tried to pay from a different account at hdfc bank and paid rs 3750 via debit card whose transaction ref number was.
                The website shows payment cannot be done due to an exception.
                This way i lost rs 3750 twice i. E, a total of rs 7500 and i could not do anything. I am worried and thus i called nbe helpline but its not responding and not picking up calls.
                I request the responsible officer of nbe to kindly help me in urgent basis as the nearby test centres are filling up first and kindly refund my amount.

                  So i tried paying via debit card and the transaction was unsuccessful and the receipt was not generated.
                  But when i checked my bank account money (3750 +3750) has been debited twice.

                    I registered for neet pg 2018 on 01.11.2017. I completed step 1 of registration, step 2 of filling qualification details and step 3 of payment. I paid the fees online through sbi atm card. I got confirmation of fees payment on my mobile which reads as ' thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xx xx53 for a purchase worth rs3750 on pos nbe at nbe txn# ju[protected]. My online bank statement also confirms the fee payment....

                    On 1st november i tried to make payment for neet pg 2018 by debit card after that i get a note that "action could not be completed due to an exception, please try again". I tried again for 3 times but still i get the same note & every time my money get deducted from my account (3750+3750+3750) & then on next day i again make payment & the payment get sucessfully done & the form get filled. But still didnt get my 3 times deducted money back on my respective account. They are also not responding to any calls and emails.

                      I have made a fee payment of nbe (Neet-pg), after deducting the amount and while redirecting on nbe site the site shows
                      "the website shows payment cannot be done due to an exception."

                      But the amount got deducted from account..
                      Again re logging my account it ask for payment.

                      Please rectify the error and make transaction successful..

                      I tried to register for neet pg 2018 a thousand times but screen shows your action could not be completed due to an exception. I am afraid how can this happen when it is getting too late for section of centres. Natboard please kindly look into this it has been two days i am trying to register but the screen always shows the same. It is the complete failure of nbe to check the software before uploading into website.

                        Hello sir/ma'am, my name is sandeep nain, i tried to register for neetpg 2018 exam. My candidate id [protected]. I paid registration fee 3750 rupees with my axis bank debit card (Pur/nbe/mumbai/nbe/seq no[protected] but nbe site shows that no payment received. I did contact with bank's customer care. They said that payment has been transferred to nbe account. I wrote mail to nbe but they did not respond. Their phone number also not working. I don't know what to do? How to do further registration? Please look into the matter.

                        Did get any information regarding that issue same occured to me also.
                        Completely resolved ??? Or just informed to NBE .. Did your payment was successfully made sifter this??
                        Same happend with me.. amount deducted but it shows payment not done. What should i do? Its been 48 hours.

                          I am not able to complete my registration application for submitting my neet pg application, to be precise i could not go beyond the first step in the process. Every time i complete the form and click "submit and proceed" a notification pops up in the screen saying that registration could not be completed, please try again. I have been doing this for the past 4 hours. Please do something about it. I tried both in chrome and firefox.

                            Was your money refunded back ? I also have a similar problem but not solved yet .I have submitted my complaint now only.
                            I paid double time by debit card but show action could not be completed. Then I again paid by another debit card and it was successful. But my 1st double payment wats debited(1400+1400=2800). Please tell me that, when and where I get my money return?

                              From morning on wards i tried to register. All my ten attempts are futile. The web site not responding. After submission of application form message being displayed as due to exception the request cannot be processed. Try later. This message is appearing time and again. Three to four hours wasted, horrible website and not handled properly. At present it world to hear such complaints are funny.

                                Natboard or Nation board of Examinations officers are not responding email complaints and call.. my complaint on faulty payment and not refund of faulty payment of examination fee..

                                i paid once it not accepted and i paid again fee and not accepted but i later found both time fee deducted but they not responding..

                                if in lakhs peoples are registering and if they get same problem then how much money they get through faulty payments and if you try any number from there contact us page they are not responding..
                                they don not even respond email complaints..

                                i feel National Board of examinations if now doing irresponsible work.

                                I am expecting same from NBE but they are not responding to my mails.
                                For me, I am unable to complete registration it always saying "Your action could not be completed due to exception. Please try again later". I paid 5 times but still no way to get register myself with exams. NBE please help us.

                                Really Oh my god... Five times...money debited five times? So what r u going to do now... Is it OK to do a new registration
                                Guys try SBI Internet Banking. I also ended up doing 2 failed transactions. Finally got successful from SBI internet banking.

                                Yes I got the refund on 12th November.
                                Same type of difficulty is faced by me and many of the candidates from assam . I have emailed to nbe but no reply till now. Its pathetic .
                                same here, registering from mangalore here...their helpline is also always switched off, and no reply from their mails...
                                my money is deducted what am i supposed to do this is pathetic i am very poor i have to register but a total of 7500 is deducted how will i now register myslf for neet exam.
                                Anyone got the money back? Same kind of problem occured to me. Money was debited from my account but payment unsuccessful. This is a huge loot.

                                After 2 days, what about those who are filling form on 26th due to some reason and cant wait for even single day to get issue resolved.

                                Has anyone's problem been solved?
                                Not everyone used net banking, so for those who don't, has their money been credited back to the accounts? What's happening? The applications are still incomplete and the last date to fill out the form is approaching. The helpline number is either out of coverage area or not reachable. This is really the most pathetic thing to happen before the exam!
                                I have filled my application I have even printed it but visited the website it still shows that proceed option

                                  It is to bring to your notice that on 14th august 2017, we made payment towards the fee for on demand examination for my ward karan chaudhary using sbi credit card from email account [protected]@gmail.com. The payment was debited twice from the card but at that time was not credited to your system. When i put forward this case to citrus payment gateway they confirmed that the payment was credited to your system and the transaction id's were ctx[protected] and ctx[protected]. I request you to please refund the payment. Pfa the message i received from citrus. Kindly look into the matter and refund the payment in favour of deepika chaudhary.

                                    Working hours of dnb trainees

                                    This is regarding a hospital mata chanan devi in janakpuri. Radiology residents are totured with inhuman working hours.

                                    While there is no concept of post duty off or pre duty off is there. Once weekly duty is there which means you have to be present in the hospital for 24 hours and no off next day. Which means at a stretch working for 32 hours.

                                    Econdly on weekend duties which starts on saturday morning, you...
