First they give a committment that they will give timing according to your convenience. Then the change the timing according to their convenience. they changed the timing two times in 8 days

My counseller Mr Faiz commited that i will provide male trainer as per my requirement but it has been a month no calls or msgs frm team. I spoke to Mr Nilesh Ms Hiya Ms Bhavna no1 is bothered to help me out. Worst academy

My sister has enroll for the course in the month of march 2020 few days lock down was stared and now the center was permantly closed and staff was also no ansering cal;l vidya sutar is the head sameless acedmy only fraud not propeer managment if new person can take admission it is a humble request dont pay fees in advance bcoz it is only franchaseed head office also help less in the matter [protected]

Hi Team, I am very disappointed with speak well academy staff . They are fraud and cheater .Specially I will mention the staff names Arshad Pathan from Account team and
Hitesh Yadav, Alisha .As discussed I paid full amount to Speak well academy . But Because of bank server issue While I paid amount that go under processing . So that time The customer care executive, Allesha forced me to paid again . If we got money We will refund . This is last day you need to pay
and all She said . Then I paid money twice . But After received money, They have not refunded extra payment amount .
They are not picking phone call and not responding any mail .
Really this staff are very non sense and unprofessional . Don't trust them. I know I am not going to get my money back .
The public should know about this institute. They should think twice before joining.

I Sharvari Chippa paid Rs.13500/-in speakwell academy in Wanowari branch, in the month of March 2020 .And afterwards lockdown started and your classes are closed.yet you people are not ready to start it again.I want refund of my amount.so please do the needful

Staff is very insulting. Im a student of this institute. The teachers attitude towards student is very negative also they insult you in front of the whole class just for asking them for timing of the session. Totally unprofessional behaviour. Only the management staff is good....

Hello, sir mene abhi online payment kiya he aap ka 999/- ka he but muze phone no change karnar he o kase karge or class kabhi se shurvat hogi

I have paid for online english speaking course. But as soon as i paid for it, other than payment successful mail i did not receive any notifications about when the course is going to commence. I tried to call on customer care number its not reachable. There is no email address provided on the website. I look forward to hear positive response from you about the course. I request you resolve my issue soon.

I took admission in speakwell in last year and they provided me life time membership in speakwell but after some months they don't teach properly and one thing first they told me we teach every student specially but again this thing is not happening there they are giving lifetime membership and taking too much money and after when they get new students they ignored old students

There is not free structure same for everyone

Only brand is big not teaching level

It was happened on 13 november, i was charged without signup in to the lingokids english app in google play store, they deducted rupees 3699 from my account, and i immediately complained about the situation repeatedly but they were no action refund, they were responding but they were telling to wait for 10 days after 10 days again i approached but i did not satisfied

Maine speakwell me admission 9/07/2017 ko liya tha, after 15 days meri health kharab ho gyi, or mujhe hospital me admit karna pada, or fir doctor ne mujhe traveling ke liye mna kiya, or jab mai thoda thik hua to mai 15 august ko speakwell office me gya, or bataya uneh sab, to un logo ne refund karne se mna kar diya, maine unko bola ki aap log mere 15 days ka nhi 1 months ka fees cut kar lo, par baaki to return kar do, maine pura fees 1 time me diya tha, par un logo ke taraf se aaj tak koi reply nhi aaya, na he mujhe call kar ke bulaya jaata h course ke liye, mai 15 august k baad abhi tak vaha nhi ja paaya hu apne pain ki vajah se, q ki mai travel nhi kr paata hu, 6500 ruppee fees diya tha maine. Yaar kam se kam half he return kar do, aap logo ne bina bataye receipt me sign le lete ho or fees ka bol k de dete ho, or batate bhi nhi ho ki kya likha h usme.

This organization is the most unprofessional and unethical in the way they conduct themselves with the freelance trainers they hire for their projects. I am a victim to one such a conduct. I had been hired to conduct trainings on spoken english as a part of their project with a speciality restaurants chain. The training was completed as per schedule and to the satisfaction of the target audience. As per the agreement with speakwell, the payment would be released in 15 days from the date of receipt of all the reports and videos as testimonials to the completion. They acknowledged receipt of all the documents on 5th july 2017. Ideally they were supposed to release the payment by the 20th of july 2017. Repeated follow up messages and calls yielded not result, the lady who was coordinating the entire project refuses to answer calls and even if she does her only response has been "will check and revert". Till date i have not received my payment for the training done. Request this forum to take this up with speakwell and ensure my payment is released immediately.

My sister experience is very bad for english academy hadapsar branch. The student is absolutely not happy with the services provided by speakwell.
The complaints are as follows :-

1. No refund...
2. No quality...
3. Your staff is not co - operative mr. Rohit patel (Hadapsar branch) and ms. Pallavi (Head office in deccan gymkhana).

I am writing this on behalf of my sister Ms. Hetal Khati, who took admission for "English Speaking" course from Thergaon Center of Speakwell academy.

Lot of promises were made at the time of admission. There were lot of irregularities. Nothing went according to the schedule.In fact, There was no schedule.

To our surprise, This center was not operational from last couple of months. We could only find a Note " This is under maintenance and classes will reopen shortly". It never reopened, I got to know that this is now rented to someone else.

This is a case of SCAM, FRAUD, CHEATING. We considered "SPEAKWELL" a well reputed organization and never had this expectation.

I want full refund of the fees which we paid.

I am the resident of virar and one of my relative is coming in speakwell. The student is absolutely not happy with the services provided by speakwell.
The complaints are as follows :-
1. Distributing the pamplet of 999 and when the students goes for inquiry the fees goes up to 20 k to 35 k
2. Catching all the people with pamplet and insisting them for the booking amount.
3. No quality training is being provided only false commitment are being made.
4. The student has paid the fees and still not satisfied the female councelor speak rudely with the students, every alternate day ask for the pending fees and if they are not able to pay due to some circumstances then they tell them to stop the course. Their motto is not providing training but collecting full fees in advance.
5. The owner mr shaafiq is not present all the time. The counselor cum assistant mrs krushna talks on his behalf for payments and if the students are not able to pay on time they have to give pdc chq even the faculty are involved for payments nobody is asking them how their classes are going
6. Their regular pamplet distributing is making the roads dirty cause nobody is reading the pamplet everybody are throwing it.
There are suggestion by which they can change their reputation. But personally i would not like to suggest any one this class the name is giving a bad impact on the virar residents all the majority students have complaints
I would be very obliged if the the consumer council takes the serious action against this institutes. They are giving wrong commitment and making money in the name of education institutes. We have also informed to the people of bahujan vikas aghadi regarding this matter. So please give the students justice or else shut the classes

There are several problem going on the virar branch, faculty are keeping on changing after it is a franchise center. They are not giving quality training to the students harassing the students. The owner is busy hearing with the councelor and flirting around. That is why we are not satisfied, there are also other issues which cannot be told. Verse spoken english class in virar...
