I have made payment for my neet pg 2023 application (id- PG[protected] through phone pe upi and it's successfully paid. Amount of 4250rs have been deducted from my bank account. But my application is showing payment failure. I even raised query in helpdesk, they told me to wait for 3 days. 3 days are over and there is no confirmation of my application or refund till now. I have enclosed the regarding documents of payment receipt through screenshots. Kindly sort out this issue as the application end dates are nearing.

    Dear Sir,
    As you know NEET-PG is a most prestigious exam conducted by NBE.I am a fellow aspirant.I was centered in ANNAMACHARYA INSTITUTE, KADAPA.As the exam started there were [power cutts, flashing lights, no ac and construction work] going on.Imagine writing my lifes important exam in such Circumstances.I wrote my exam 3.5 hours with my ears closed.The staff posted in the centers are chitchatting and we cannot argue with them during exam.They were yelling last 15 minute, 5 minutes etc as if we dont know the time.I request NBE to take precautions so that DOCTORS LIVES are not spoiled due to negligence.

          Myself Bengia Riniu with user ID-PG23097818 had applied for neet pg registration on 10 january 2023 for which i made payment online via UPI phonepe App for which the transaction was succesfully made but application not submitted showing payment pending so i made payment 2nd time by debit card bank of baroda and the application was succesfully submitted.kindly initiate my refund of 3250 for the first transaction that i made as i had confirmed with my bank already for which NBE is suppose to initiate from their side as deducted payment from my account.For your kind reference i have submiited my transaction details below.

            Respected sir/madam,
            I dr.Bengia Riniu with application no.PG23097818 had applied for neet pg 2023 on 10 jan 2023 for which application was submitted but the payment which was done by upi through phonepe app turned out to be an issue. Amount was successfully transferred to NBE but it was not updated so i had to pay again.so i kindly request you initiate the refund as soon as possible as im really worried .
            I have attached the following transfer details below sent by phonepay to NBE by bank of baroda.

              They're repeatedly saying to contact bank and I've been visited bank several times but bank says that amount is surely credited to NBE account now what can we do!
              I'm facing the same issue. I'm application form has not submitted yet, nbe helpdesk asking me to check with the bank. Bank of India replied transaction was successful purchased by nbe. But the payment is not reflecting in application form. After multiple calls multiple queries helpdesk asking me to wait for an update. It's been 7 days.

                  sir/madam,

                  I have a request of refund, I have done my 1st payment dated 08/1/2023, 4:27 PM through UPI (GPAY) & a amount of Rs.4250 got debited from my account but the applicant login page still showed payment failure.

                  I did 2nd payment of Rs.4261.80 on 08/1/2023, 5 pm done through IOB Internet banking, which was successful & my application was submitted successfully.

                  When we contacted the bank regd refund o[censored]PI transfer, they said to reach out to NBE as payment was received by NBE.

                  So I request to refund the amount from my 1st transaction debited from gpay UPI of amount i.e Rs.4250 as soon as possible as I have paid twice.

                    I am trying to apply for NEET PG 2023 exam, but I am not receiving my user id and password to my registered email id or phone number. Earlier I received the OTP for registration to the same email id and phone number. so why am I not receiving the user id and password.
                    kindly do the needful at the earliest, as my center of choice may go unavailable soon.

                        I am an ophthalmology residence in BDK HOSPITAL JHUNJHUNU RAJASTHAN.. The pmo of our hospital not allowing us to enter into Operation theater..There is no enough equipmentm.Even there is no single slit lamp.. The pmo harassed us everyday.. And they also forced us to send complaint. Sir i want to switch on from this hospital.. I also complaint regarding this previously but no action is taken against them.. They also forced us do uhtc duty.. I am also sending the order order o[censored]htc duty.. Sir please dont mention my name and department name otherwise they again harrass me..

                          I had paid NBE 2 times for the same application each amounting to 7000 rupees. A total of 14000 rupees was paid by me for submitting a single application for DNB exit exam December 2022, instead of 7000 rupees. No refund made by NBE for extra payment . No effective communication by NBE either on this regard. kindly ensure payment of 7000 rupees from NBE side.

                            I, Dr Saurabh Tiwari is doing DNB Orthopedics from Apex hospital Varanasi. I joined on April 28th as JR1. The hospital is hardly following any law of DNB. We are working 18-20 hours of duty daily. We don't get leave here as per hospital norms and DNB rules. No classes and teaching are being conducted. The environment is so bad that I see people getting beaten physically by consultant in Operation theatres. We DNB RESIDENTS are being used...

                                I paid my examination fees 7080Rs. Where my application payment has been failed but the
                                money has been deduct from my bank account.i waited more then 1 year .
                                but still hasn't be solve my problem then I contacted helpdesk they suggested wait
                                for the refund of the money which has been deducted primarily. But till not return back. More than 1 year June 2021 .

                                  My self dr sanket soni cleared dnb nephrology in 2022 dec.roll no [protected].
                                  I have done payment of fees for CERTIFICATE dated on 18/09/2022.After payments receipt was not generated and amount was debited from my credit card.I wait for some days but still status shows fees unpaid . So I have done again payments dated on 02/10/2022 and payment was SucessFully processed and receipt generated.
                                  After enquiring in bank I come to know that transaction dated on 18/09/2022 was processed and amount was credited to merchant account on 19/09/2022.
                                  Below is the details of mail communication.
                                  Dear Mr. Soni,

                                  This is with reference to your query regarding the transaction of Rs.2, 529.50 on 18/09/2022 at M/s. National Board Of Exam NEW DELHI IN.

                                  We would like to confirm that the aforesaid transactions have been processed successfully to your card account from our end basis the instructions received from the merchant. Details of the transactions processed to your card account are given below for your reference.

                                  In this regard, we request you to take up the matter directly with the merchant and obtain a copy of the credit voucher or a credit note from the merchant acknowledging the credit due on your card account.
