I filled my application form for neet pg 2023 on 17 Jan 23 and made a payment of rs 4250 to nbe, the payment was deducted from my account but never shown in the application form. I have again made the payment succefully but haven't recieved refund for the previous payment. Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I have applied for NEETPG 2023 Applicant ID - PG23012838 . Initiated Payment via UPI rs.4250 examination fee on 8th of January at 9.28 am, money has been deducted from bank. Payment was received by NBEMS And Purchase was Confirmed by NBEMS. "But my Application Form shows payment Failure". Raised Several Queries to NBE Helpdesk - Responded as "Payment Settled in query no. 4006 & 5535 and asked me to login to check the application status". when I login to check, it still shows application form submission is not completed as payment is pending. Its been a week I didn't get resolved from this Issue.

When I was trying pay the fee using UPI, money was deducted from the account, but the payment process got failed and my payment status remained failed. I didn't get back the money.

After waiting for sometime, I used another payment method and successfully completed payment and application submission.

Now, I'm requesting the money that got deducted during my first payment, which was a failure

I am writing this to let you know that while applying for neet pg 2023, I paid Rs.4250/- (UPI transaction ID:[protected] through UPI(proof attached below) and money was debited from my account but the NBE website showed an error. So, I paid again using my Credit Card(proof attached below). This time the website showed that the payment was successful. I contacted my bank regarding the money that was debited the first time and they said that the transaction was successful from their side and the refund has to be done from the NBE side.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

I have paid rupees 4250 by UPI payment through phone pay for application of neet pg 2023 but the page was still displaying that payment is pending so you can't submit the form...so I've raised the complainant in the helpdesk for several times they replied that I've to visit my bank!!
So I reached the bank and asked for help but they said the money is debited from my account and credited to NBE account so we are out...

I kindly request you to please help me with refund of my money...

I, Niladri Samanta Roy (Reg ID PG[protected] have made a transaction of Rs 4250 for NEET PG 2023 registration on 11/01/2023 at 12.18 pm and money was debited from the account but payment was shown as pending. The second time money was deducted and payment was shown successful.
Kindly refund the money through first payment which was deducted.

I have applied for FDST PG diploma entrance 2023. All the required documents have been submitted to DCI. the notification for FDST BDS realised 1 month ago reads that the FDST 2023 PG exam will be conducted on 31st Jan 2023 and will be notified seperately. Until now there is no notification from NBE and if the exam is on 31 st Jan then it's only 15 days from now. Kindly help

Despite of verified successful payment Neetpg 2023 application form has not been submitted post 96 hours from day of registration. After raising several queries to nbe helpdesk, have responded that my payment is settled and asked to login and check application status. When I login it still shows application form has not submitted as payment pending. Proofs attached below

I Filled my neet pg application form on 11 Jan 2023 for which I did payment of rs 4250
Via Google pay and the payment got deducted but form showed payment failure
And i did complaint on helpdesk for which no satisfactory resolution was made from there side
I even paid twice for the form in order to complete the form

I have made payment for my neet pg 2023 application (id- PG[protected] through phone pe upi and it's successfully paid. Amount of 4250rs have been deducted from my bank account. But my application is showing payment failure. I even raised query in helpdesk, they told me to wait for 3 days. 3 days are over and there is no confirmation of my application or refund till now. I have enclosed the regarding documents of payment receipt through screenshots. Kindly sort out this issue as the application end dates are nearing.

Dear Sir,
As you know NEET-PG is a most prestigious exam conducted by NBE.I am a fellow aspirant.I was centered in ANNAMACHARYA INSTITUTE, KADAPA.As the exam started there were [power cutts, flashing lights, no ac and construction work] going on.Imagine writing my lifes important exam in such Circumstances.I wrote my exam 3.5 hours with my ears closed.The staff posted in the centers are chitchatting and we cannot argue with them during exam.They were yelling last 15 minute, 5 minutes etc as if we dont know the time.I request NBE to take precautions so that DOCTORS LIVES are not spoiled due to negligence.

I dr.Bengia Riniu with application no.PG23097818 had applied for neet pg 2023 on 10 jan 2023 for which application was submitted but the payment which was done by upi through phonepe app turned out to be an issue. Amount was successfully transferred to NBE but it was not updated so i had to pay again.so i kindly request you initiate the refund as soon as possible as im really worried .

Updated by Dhruvit Gadhiya They're repeatedly saying to contact bank and I've been visited bank several times but bank says that amount is surely credited to NBE account now what can we do!

I'm facing the same issue. I'm application form has not submitted yet, nbe helpdesk asking me to check with the bank. Bank of India replied transaction was successful purchased by nbe. But the payment is not reflecting in application form. After multiple calls multiple queries helpdesk asking me to wait for an update. It's been 7 days.

I have a request of refund, I have done my 1st payment dated 08/1/2023, 4:27 PM through UPI (GPAY) & a amount of Rs.4250 got debited from my account but the applicant login page still showed payment failure.

I did 2nd payment of Rs.4261.80 on 08/1/2023, 5 pm done through IOB Internet banking, which was successful & my application was submitted successfully.

When we contacted the bank regd refund o[censored]PI transfer, they said to reach out to NBE as payment was received by NBE.

So I request to refund the amount from my 1st transaction debited from gpay UPI of amount i.e Rs.4250 as soon as possible as I have paid twice.
